Spread the word. If you know anyone who lives in in or near the 45th (Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Totem Lake, Sammamish, Duvall) reach out to them NOW. Friends, co-workers, family. They need an email from you. Plus: make a social media post. Get Out the Vote! Here's a sample message:
Ballots are in the mail now for a special election for State Senate. This race will determine who controls Washington State, to help fund our schools, protect healthcare, and more. Manka Dhingra is an excellent candidate for State Senate. Let your friends and neighbors know how much is at stake with this election. Mail in ballots by Nov 7!
Will Manka flip the WA State Senate? Which with a Dem-controlled House and a Democratic Governor will start bringing real change to WA State? It's up to us.
So let’s Get Out the Vote in the 45th. Who will win will depend on who’s most aware of mailing in ballots for this odd-year special election. Volunteers like you will make the difference to bring about this change.
